Project Administrator for Development Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to support our Development team in Houston, TX.
Job Summary
This role will assist the Development team with project control processes, including data collection, cost management, and invoicing. The successful candidate will report to the Project Controls Manager and play a key role in streamlining the efficiency of the group.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Management:
- Support cost engineering processes, including estimating, forecasting, and actuals reporting;
- Familiarize yourself with internal processes and procedures;
- Assist with processing various reports with Supply Chain & Procurement and Finance;
Communication:
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and draft meeting summaries to ensure effective communication within the Development team and with other departments;
Process Support:
- Assist with invoicing and timesheet approval(s), Purchase Order requisition(s), close-out of projects with Accounting, and manage Material procurement and Purchase Order related updates in Acumatica;
Other Tasks:
- Perform additional administrative tasks, purchase of equipment and supplies, and other tasks required for process enhancement to promote the overall function of the Development team;
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- Previous experience in Project Controls or Administrative type roles;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms;
- Ability to travel to Energy headquarters in Houston, Texas;

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
