Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Pulmonary Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing respiratory therapy, management, rehabilitation, diagnostic evaluation, and direct care to patients with pulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities.

Salary Range

">

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.

">

Key Responsibilities

">

Your primary duties will include:

">
  • ">
  • Performing focused interviews to identify specific patient needs and assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.">
  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential diagnoses.">
  • Developing and implementing plans for outcomes of care for assigned patients and performing interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies.">
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information and adhering to emergency, safety, and infection control procedures.">
  • Promoting and participating in activities to facilitate good interpersonal communications and assuming administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability of performing assigned duties.">
  • Meeting minimum qualifications including active RRT credential, Associate Degree from an accredited school, and minimum one (1) year respiratory experience in a skilled nursing, acute, and/or subacute unit preferred.">
