**Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Critical Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in emergency and trauma settings. Your expertise will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Provide high-quality patient education and support
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
  • At least 2 years of experience in Emergency Room (ER) setting
  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
