We are seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator to join our team at Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. in High Point. As a Die Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for operating a die cutter machine, performing daily maintenance, and completing finishing tasks for digital and/or screen printed jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a die cutter machine to produce high-quality products
  • Perform daily maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Complete finishing tasks for digital and/or screen printed jobs, including cutting, weeding, and applying application tape to vinyl
  • Use a router table and handle a guillotine cutter to complete various tasks
  • Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to safety practices
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of relevant experience and/or training, or a comparable combination of education and experience
  • Six months of machine operation experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong time management skills, including planning, prioritizing, organizing, and following through on various tasks
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Proficient in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
  • Initiative to learn and apply new techniques and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
