Mental Health Specialist

OptiMindHealth is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including psychotherapy and medication management, to individuals with various behavioral health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
Provide psychotherapy and medication management services to patients, including ongoing medication management and quarterly treatment plan reviews.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient services, including service plans, progress notes, and medication informed consent.
Requirements:
Licensure in Colorado as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Experience working with individuals with various behavioral health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other psychiatric impairments.
Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, nursing practice, and medical evaluation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
