Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Facility Management: Assist in the management of our retail facility, ensuring that it is maintained in a clean, safe, and organized manner.
  • Employee Supervision: Supervise and train employees in a thorough, organized, and timely manner, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure that inventory is properly managed, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the management of cash handling and security policies, ensuring that financial transactions are accurate and secure.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that quality control standards meet our high standards of operations, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with employees, management, and clients, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on facility operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of merchandise, cash register operation, and change-making skills. Ability to communicate effectively using tact and courtesy.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
