As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of our paratransit operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the project in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring seamless on-site management coverage.
- Perform System Administration duties and provide operations supervisory coverage when needed.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
- Minimum of five years of experience managing a paratransit operation similar in scope and size.
- Proficient in the Trapeze PASS system.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
