Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Kroger. As a key member of our store staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, and promotions, providing detailed information and recommendations when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
