Job Summary

TETRA Technologies, Inc. is a global leader in the oil and gas industry, and we are seeking a skilled Chemical Treatment Operator to join our team. As a Chemical Treatment Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control chemical treatment levels during frac stages to ensure optimal results.
  • Conduct regular water sampling and testing to ensure compliance with EPA and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform daily walk-arounds to inspect equipment and identify potential issues.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Verify that all equipment is functioning properly and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and using hands to operate equipment. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 25-50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance occasionally.

Work Environment

The work environment is typically moderate to loud, with exposure to wet and humid conditions and outside weather conditions. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
