About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients on errands and medical appointments, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Perform housekeeping activities, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Valid Home Care Aide license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
