Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Industrial Engineers, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular evaluations to foster professional growth.
- Analyze production metrics and operational data to identify trends and areas for enhancement, making informed decisions to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with production, maintenance, and quality objectives, ensuring seamless operations.
- Manage capital expenditure processes, including developing investment proposals and tracking project costs to maintain budgetary compliance.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving initiatives aimed at waste reduction.
- Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely delivery.
- Utilize advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
- Design and optimize production layouts to maximize resource utilization while ensuring a safe working environment.
- Serve as a technical advisor on specialized projects, providing insights into Industrial Engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Establish partnerships with universities to develop a robust internship program aimed at nurturing future talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related fields within the semiconductor industry, with prior leadership experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis, AI/ML tools, and familiarity with manufacturing execution systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present solutions to stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and smart manufacturing principles.
