Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in process development and implementation
  • Advanced degree in Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry/Biochemistry, or Biotechnology
  • Strong knowledge of process development, manufacturing, and quality control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with unit operation for parenteral manufacturing
  • Knowledge of protein biochemistry and chemical and physical stability
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong knowledge of Quality systems, Drug Product Manufacturing, and Validation
