Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, templates, gauges, and fixtures to verify product quality.
- Perform receipt, in-process, and final inspection activities to ensure compliance with quality control procedures.
- Prepare and revise incoming and outgoing collection plans and certification documents to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prepare and update customer-required reports and verification documents.
- Complete all necessary quality documentation and certificates to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate production records and quality databases to inform process improvements.
- Coordinate with production operators to ensure inspection requirements are met and products are delivered to quality standards.
- Conduct all required tests and checks to verify product quality.
- Catalog and maintain all gauges used in production to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- High School or Equivalent Diploma
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in a quality control or inspection role
- Prior experience in a class 8 cleanroom environment is preferred
- Ability to read and understand written instructions in English
- Ability to use hand-held measurement instruments
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential for this role
