Assembly Quality Control Specialist

At NeedleTech Products, Inc, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying specifications for correct fit, dimensions, and workmanship of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Inspect and examine finished products for correct fit, dimensions, and workmanship.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed components using various tools and equipment.
- Use inspection microscopes to verify workmanship of products.
- Follow all product handling procedures and handle products with care.
- Work as part of the assembly team to assemble entire products or components.
- Notify group leaders or supervisors of any finished products that are not in compliance.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Document actions by completing production forms and routers/paperwork.
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related goals and results as needed.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
- 6-12 months experience as an inspector and production quality control (required).
- Ability to work with microscopes and various measuring devices.
- Basic to moderate levels of mathematical skills and understanding of operation of equipment and machinery used in the department.
