Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, dispensing medications, and promoting health and wellness in our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and health education.
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines, medications, and technologies to provide best-in-class care.
- Collaborate with pharmacy team members to achieve business objectives, improve patient outcomes, and enhance the overall pharmacy experience.
- PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Current pharmacy license in good standing.
- Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
