As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of our advanced automated machinery. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products that captivate audiences and support businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on automated systems.
- Perform urgent repairs on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components.

Qualifications:
- Completion of or current enrollment in a two-year Associate degree in Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, Diesel Mechanics, or a related technical field.
- Proficient computer and communication skills.
- Ability to follow structured work plans and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to identify wire colors.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working with hands; able to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Full range of motion required, including bending and lifting.
- Steady hand-eye coordination is essential.
- Ability to read fine print, with or without corrective lenses.
- Willingness to work in environments with various manufacturing odors.
- Adherence to safety protocols, including wearing necessary protective gear as per company policy.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary.
