Job Objective: Deliver technical assistance for software, hardware, and IT services to both office and field staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for technical assistance regarding hardware and software challenges.
  • Prioritize and address help desk inquiries in a professional, respectful, and timely manner utilizing a help ticket system and phone communication.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware including, but not limited to:
    1. Desktop and laptop computers
    2. Printers
    3. Android-based mobile devices and PDAs
    4. VoIP Phones
  • Provide software support for applications including but not limited to Windows 10/11, Office 365, and a continually evolving suite of business applications.
  • Create and manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for end users and IT personnel.
  • Be prepared for more than a 40-hour work week, including weekend availability.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other reasonably related business tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in IT or an associate degree in computer science or a related discipline is required.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is necessary.
  • Some travel, including overnight and weekend commitments, will be expected.
  • Regular attendance at the corporate office during designated work hours is required, along with flexibility as needed.
  • With or without accommodation, the employee must be able to communicate effectively with others; sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
