Company Overview:
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new opportunity? Our client is an emerging Main Contractor with a regional presence. They are currently achieving a turnover of £60 million and focus on two primary sectors: Multi-room Developments and Industrial Warehousing. The majority of their projects are new builds, with values reaching up to £20 million, procured through both negotiated and competitive methods.

Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Main Contractor known for delivering high-quality projects. We are looking for a driven and experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor who is ready to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying for projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Lead project teams and liaise with clients and subcontractors.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Located within a reasonable commuting distance.
  • Experience managing projects with contract values exceeding £10 million.
  • Background in the construction sector with a main contractor.
