Skills & Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with contract frameworks such as NEC3, NEC4, and ECC.
  • Understanding of tendering and procurement processes.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a civil engineering context.
  • Experience in dispute resolution is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and cost recording systems.
  • Valid driving license.

Ideal Qualifications:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is preferred.
