Role Overview:

The selected candidate will take on the role of Lead Quantity Surveyor, overseeing one of the forthcoming projects in Hampshire.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee projects from the pre-construction phase through to final completion.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client teams.
  • Supervise and mentor junior surveyors within the team.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience with JCT and NEC forms of contract.
