Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Implementation Analyst to join our team at the Westborough Operations Center. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of onboarding new clients or adding new services to existing clients.
  • Implement new cash management services for commercial clients, including software installations and training.
  • Provide engaging and comprehensive product training for customers, tailored to their needs.
  • Create detailed and customized documentation packages for new clients or those adding cash management services.
  • Set up cash management services in our systems and provide support to clients with technical questions.
  • Provide customer service and issue resolution for cash management clients, collaborating with other departments as needed.
  • Accurately bill for cash management services and perform duties with a high degree of independence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Two to four years of previous banking experience, preferably working with business customers.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong technical skills and familiarity with online banking platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
