Position Overview:

As a Rental Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through exceptional customer service, assisting patrons with rental gear, and ensuring they have the necessary equipment and services for an unforgettable outdoor experience.

Position Details:

  • Outlet: Epic Mountain Gear
  • Expected Compensation: $21.00 per hour
  • Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time positions
  • Experience Level: Entry-level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail environment.
  • Assist guests in selecting appropriate equipment - training will be provided.
  • Educate guests on the operation of rental gear, safety protocols, and their responsibilities regarding the equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards.
  • Perform additional tasks such as processing transactions and retail sales.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain familiarity with industry products and trends.
  • Ability to stand and engage in an active, team-oriented setting for extended periods.
  • Fluency in English is required.

A Rental Associate is a versatile team member who may work across various departments and roles to support a cohesive resort experience, which could include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Assistance
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Support

The anticipated pay range is $21.00 per hour. This represents the expected compensation for this role, with individual pay decisions based on various factors.
