At Doosan Bobcat, we're seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Instructor to lead the creation and delivery of world-class dealer service technician training at our 44,000 sq ft Doosan Bobcat Training Center in Aurora, CO.

Fully leverage the facility's multiple classrooms, component tear-down rooms, and expansive shop - complete with a wide range of tools, simulators, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate instructor-led training in-person and virtual training for dealer service technicians.
  • Collaborate with Service Training Instructors, Engineers, and Service teams to provide create the most up-to-date content for Bobcat Dealer technicians.
  • Train dealership service technicians in the proper and safe diagnosis and repair of company equipment.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to proofread service-related publications for accuracy and user comprehension.
  • Develop, administer, and perform in-house training sessions as required.
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be accepted.
  • 2-5 years construction equipment mechanical experience.
  • Construction equipment dealership experience in a service technician, service advisor or service manager role is preferred.
  • Ability to explain the practical fundamentals of electronics, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, diesel and LP engines, electric vehicles.
  • Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, email.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking and presenting training material to a group.
