Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison and Communication

Serve as a liaison between outside agencies and 3rd parties that provide resources and support to ensure seamless title processing.

Title Administration

Administer incoming vehicle titles, conducting quality assurance checks for accuracy and key data points.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Document Preparation

Prepare and process documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and updating information as necessary.

Post Repossession Management

Manage various aspects of the post-repossession process, including transportation and recovery agent invoicing.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of title processing experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily and monthly responsibilities
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate with teammates
