BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Westampton, NJ. As a home care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and promoting health outcomes for our adult clients.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced LPN with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making home visits to clients living in designated territories, performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. You will also monitor clients' conditions, report changes to Clinical Manager and Client Services Manager, and follow up with doctors' orders.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $62,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

- A current license as a Licensed Practice Nurse in the state of New Jersey.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable experience as an LPN.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
