We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an On-Call Runner for Home Health in Westampton, New Jersey.

As a critical care home health nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our clients, helping them to recover from illness or injury and maintain their independence.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional patient care in the home setting, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and coordinate services.
  • Maintain accurate records, documenting all interactions, treatments, and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and optimize care coordination.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
