We are seeking a skilled Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our team in Westampton, New Jersey. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults with intellectual disabilities.

About the Role

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes throughout Camden County and Burlington County. Your primary responsibility will be to perform outpatient therapy evaluations, develop personalized plans of care, and work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless transitions from home health to outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients in designated senior living communities or group home settings to create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve client-centered goals in a supportive living environment
  • Provide education and training to clients, family members, and caregivers on created care plans to maximize functional independence
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist. A graduation degree from an occupational therapy program accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA is also required. Solid computer skills, especially with electronic medical records (EMR), are highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This rewarding opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
