We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Marshall Health Network. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing radiograph procedures with minimal supervision, utilizing your technical expertise and independent judgment to apply prescribed radiation for radiologic diagnosis.
Responsibilities- Perform a variety of technical procedures, including radiograph imaging, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Assume responsibilities for designated areas or procedures as required, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, applying your knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging or a related field, with a strong preference for graduates of accredited AMA programs for Radiologic Technology.
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or eligibility for registration, as well as licensure as required by the West Virginia State Board of Radiology.
- Previous work experience as a Staff Radiologic Technologist is desired but not essential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
