We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Charge Nurse in the Acute Care Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to a diverse patient population, including those with complex medical conditions.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
