About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Automation Specialist to join our team at Solaris Solutions. As an IT Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in automating individual steps and complete processes to increase efficiency and implement your own ideas using new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Environment Implementation: You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of automation environments, ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure.
  • Process Optimization: You will develop existing automation solutions to optimize processes and analyze business processes to identify potential for automation, driving business growth and efficiency.
  • Automation Solution Integration: You will be in charge of integrating automation solutions into our existing IT infrastructure, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Security and Compliance: You will ensure the security and compliance of automated processes, creating documentation for transparent and traceable automation solutions.
Requirements
  • Automation Expertise: You have gained experience and skills in script creation and programming, especially in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Automation Environment Knowledge: You have knowledge in the implementation and administration of automation environments.
  • Automation Tool Familiarity: You are familiar with the practical application of automation solutions such as Ansible, VMware Aria Automation, and similar tools.
  • Business Process Understanding: You have a good understanding of business processes and identifying potential for automation.
  • Communication Skills: You have very good German language skills for optimal customer consultation.
