Job Summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Assistant to join our Continuing Care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in stimulating the physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discuss resident needs and desires with the Programming team to provide purposeful engagement and therapeutic activities.
  • Develop relationships with residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach.
  • Support residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Collaborate with the Continuing Care team to provide a comprehensive care experience.
