This position involves comprehensive training on our extensive beverage offerings, including wines, cocktails, and beers, as well as mastering the nuances of excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, which includes washing glassware, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with essential items such as ice, mixers, garnishes, and other necessary provisions.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures, which involve setting up and dismantling the bar area.
  • Collaborate effectively with bartenders, servers, and other team members to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Comply with all health and safety standards, including the proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a warm and welcoming attitude towards guests - maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume team setting.
  • Capable of multitasking and following directions efficiently.
  • Assist in various inventory management tasks.
  • Possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs.
