Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Landoll Corporation. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling fabricated materials, parts, electrical, hydraulic, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies into a high-quality product that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble sub-assemblies and final assemblies into a high-quality product, ensuring compliance with print specifications.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks to ensure that parts meet print specifications and are free from defects.
  • Material Identification: Recognize and identify a wide variety of component parts and relate their use to Landoll's end products.
  • Testing and Verification: Test component operation during and after assembly, such as wiring.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete work orders, quality checks, pick lists, and other paperwork accurately.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Be willing to work in various departments or areas as assigned, even outside of the home department, and assist and direct others to complete projects on time.
Requirements
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Adhere to Landoll Corporation's attendance policies and demonstrate a strong commitment to being on time.
