Retail Management Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail General Manager to lead our Membership-based Retail Brand in the New Orleans market.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving growth, building relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and empower team members, and prioritize tasks to drive continuous growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee Daily Operations: Drive memberships, retail sales, and manage team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze Performance: Set ambitious goals, analyze business performance, and prioritize tasks to drive continuous growth and improve efficiency.
- Team Empowerment: Create an environment where your team is empowered to succeed through ongoing training, clear expectations, and regular feedback.
- Customer Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for both customers and team members, resolving any challenges in a professional and timely manner while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with your team, members, and guests, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected to the mission.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
