Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing sales, inventory, and customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the sales floor and ensure that customers receive excellent service
* Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Manage inventory levels and ensure that the store is well-stocked and visually appealing
* Train and develop store associates to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
* Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
* 2+ years of retail sales and store management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Self-motivated and results-driven
