As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

  • Fulfill additional duties as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • A valid and active driver's license.
  • The ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification sponsored by the company.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Compassion, patience, and a positive demeanor in providing care.
  • Experience in managing behavioral programs for individuals with special needs.
Physical Demands

This position requires:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • The ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to manage aggressive or non-compliant behaviors effectively.
