Frito-Lay North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Representative to join our team. As a Merchandising Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products are displayed and merchandised effectively in local stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Display and Merchandising: You will be responsible for merchandising Frito-Lay's complete line of quality products in local stores, including retrieving products from the back room and ensuring that they are fresh and attractive to customers.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service to store managers and customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, rotating products, and removing defective and out-of-date products.
  • Store Visits: You will visit stores regularly to check on product displays, restock shelves, and perform other merchandising tasks as needed.
  • Communication: You will communicate regularly with store managers, sales teams, and other Frito-Lay employees to ensure that our products are being displayed and merchandised effectively.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years old to apply for this position.
  • Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, climb, push, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with store managers, customers, and other Frito-Lay employees.
