Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Entertainment at Resorts World Las Vegas. As a key member of our entertainment operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of entertainment initiatives across our resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entertainment Operations Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of entertainment events and activities, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Event Management: Manage event logistics, including venue selection, talent booking, and production coordination, to ensure successful events and high guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring effective financial planning and control, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including venue personnel, talent managers, and external clients, to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay up-to-date on the latest entertainment industry developments and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical management position on a large-scale production, with a proven track record of delivering successful events and high guest satisfaction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as hospitality, entertainment, or business administration.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of industry-standard A/V technologies, contractual negotiations, ticketing platforms, and best practices in entertainment operations management.
