Job Summary: Permian Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Certified Paralegal to support attorneys in Estate Planning and Probate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Estate Planning and Probate procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in drafting Estate Planning documents for review
  • Draft and file Probate documents with the County Clerk's office
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and County Clerks as needed
  • Record and enter billable time for work done
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) for tasks

Requirements:

  • Certified Paralegal with a strong understanding of Estate Planning and Probate procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: $55K to $65K/year
