Certified Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Paralegal to join our team at Permian Personnel. As a key member of our Estate Planning and Probate department, you will provide critical support to our attorneys in drafting and reviewing documents, as well as communicating with clients and County Clerks.

• Assist attorneys in drafting Estate Planning documents for review
• Prepare and file Probate documents with the County Clerk's office
• Communicate with Oil Companies, Tax Offices, and other entities to facilitate Probate proceedings
• Develop a strong understanding of Estate Planning and Probate procedures and terminology
• Manage client files and collaborate with Legal Assistants to complete tasks
• Occasionally support other attorneys in the office with various tasks
• Record and enter billable time for work completed
• Maintain excellent communication with attorneys, Legal Assistants, and clients

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• $55,000 to $65,000 per year
