At 6 & Fix HVAC & Refrigeration, we're seeking a skilled HVAC Installation Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our installation crew, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of residential and commercial HVAC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation crews to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
  • Conduct thorough startup procedures and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with project management software to document all processes and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional time management and quality control skills to ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work.
  • Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the safe use of company-provided assets and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • 4+ years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a strong work ethic and customer service focus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate up to $40, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, with no weekends.
