Job Description

The Romanoff Group of Companies, a leading provider of commercial and residential services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join their team in Raleigh, NC.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installations, a strong working knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, and excellent leadership skills.

The HVAC Superintendent will be responsible for supervising installation crews, overseeing all aspects of installations, and ensuring quality control.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, a leader, and a people-oriented individual who is results-driven and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation crews
  • Oversee all aspects of installations
  • Ensure quality control
  • Attend final inspections and audit verifications
  • Document and report employee accidents and vehicle accidents

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in HVAC installations
  • Strong working knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Able to lift, stand, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting
  • Must be able to speak English and hear to communicate
  • Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
  • Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding
