Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team in New Orleans, LA. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for ATM Support of the Americas. This role involves troubleshooting, automating, integrating, and improving software development and business processes specifically in payments and ATM technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and Resolution
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, telecommunication, and networks to minimize downtime.
  • Level 2 and 3 ATM/ITM Support
    • Provide Level 2 and 3 ATM/ITM support, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Software Deployment and Configuration
    • Deploy software and graphic packages to ATM/ITM fleet.
    • Configure ATM/ITM software for optimal performance.
  • ATM/ITM Software Installation and Configuration
    • Install and configure ATM/ITM software for new deployments.
  • Other Duties and Tasks
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in MIS, Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Language Skills
    • Spanish speaking fluency (preferred).
  • Technical Skills
    • Helpdesk support: 1 year (preferred).
    • Office 365: 2 years (preferred).
    • Telecommunications / Networking Protocols: 1 year (preferred).
    • SQL: 1 year (preferred).
    • Python or other scripting language: 1 year (preferred).
    • PowerShell Scripting: 1 year (preferred).
    • XML: 1 year (preferred).
