  • Security Knowledge: Exhibit extensive expertise in multiple security areas such as Personnel, Information, Industrial, and Physical Security, as well as Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection.
  • Contractor Evaluation: Assess and process contractor vetting submissions.
  • Investigation Management: Initiate investigations via the Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP).
  • Fingerprint Processing: Organize and manage fingerprinting requests, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
  • Form Review: Execute reviews and processing of 25-2 and 2875 forms.
  • TASS Management: Oversee and process Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS) renewals, including contract evaluations for eligibility.
  • Personnel Administration: Facilitate the in/out processing of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.
  • Clearance Documentation: Manage read-on and debrief documentation for cleared personnel.
  • DISS Oversight: Create and manage subjects in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), granting access based on position descriptions and Military Occupational Specialties, while updating subject details as necessary.
  • Clearance Confirmation: Prepare clearance verification memos and maintain subject records.
  • Re-Investigation Procedures: Conduct periodic re-investigations and process individuals for continuous enrollment based on prior investigation dates and position requirements.
  • VAR Management: Process and update Visit Authorization Requests (VAR), ensuring the VAR roster is current.
  • SIPR Terminal Operations: Set up and dismantle Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) terminals.
  • Inspection Duties: Carry out daily inspections of the Protective Distribution System (PDS).
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in various security disciplines including Personnel, Information, Industrial, and Physical Security, and Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the Personnel Security Investigation Portal (PSIP), Defense Information System for Security (DISS), and Trusted Associate Sponsorship System (TASS).
  • Documentation Skills: Strong capability to accurately review and process security-related forms and documentation.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess or be eligible to obtain the necessary security clearance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience in security operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • US Citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
