  • Education and Training
    • Develop and implement innovative educational programs to attract and retain top graduate students and postdoctoral fellows.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Dean for Education and Policy to support the undergraduate medical education curriculum.
  • Scholarship and Research
    • Lead the Department's research efforts, with a focus on expanding externally sponsored research and fostering a culture of research excellence.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to early-stage and mid-career faculty to support their research endeavors.
  • Community Engagement

Requirements
  • Education
    • Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree required.
