Engineering Project Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of resort building and grounds maintenance projects, including fire and safety, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Engineering in planning and executing resort building and grounds maintenance projects
- Ensure all physical assets have a fully functional inventory and preventative maintenance program in place
- Respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient and courteous manner
- Work closely with contractors and construction firms to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with interior designers, planners, architects, consultants, and engineers to ensure projects meet the highest standards
- Develop and maintain a structured procurement program to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
Requirements:
- Valid work authorization for the U.S.
- Extensive industry knowledge of building maintenance and energy management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct and lead trainings on various skill levels
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
