Job Summary:

The Maintenance Position at Go McPherson is a part-time role that requires a cause-driven leader to promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and be able to develop and administer preventative maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer preventative maintenance programs in conjunction with the CEO.
  • Maintain the building in compliance with all building codes, OSHA requirements, laws, and ordinances.
  • Receive and schedule daily maintenance requests and record disposition.
  • Schedule major and minor repairs and maintenance in conjunction with the CEO.
  • Complete purchase orders and order maintenance and custodial supplies, parts, and products.
  • Schedule and execute annual inspections and testing on systems, including Simplex System, Fire extinguisher, and fire inspection.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in maintenance and ability to develop and administer preventative maintenance programs.
  • Ability to maintain the building in compliance with all building codes, OSHA requirements, laws, and ordinances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
