Job Description:

This Electrical Project Coordinator role will be responsible for assisting project managers in documenting and logging change orders, submittals, requests for information (RFIs), and other project documentation as necessary.

Responsibilities:
  • Attend meetings and assist with project coordination activities as directed by Operations Manager
  • Work with supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to assist the operations team: manage schedules, project progress, shop drawing requirements, and material deliveries to ensure attainment of project objectives, schedule completion, and timely deliveries
  • Monitor project performance on assigned projects to assist managing established schedules and weekly reporting, project budget, and quality standards in compliance with plans, specifications, and shop drawings
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical construction, preferably in a management role
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, including NEC, state, and local codes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
