About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Sales Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for discussing financial concerns and needs with potential clients, ensuring effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education, and delivering responsible business planning, insurance, and retirement education via options for high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, securities, long-term care insurance, and other related products.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and contact potential clients to discuss their financial needs and concerns
  • Ensure effective insurance, retirement, and business planning education through an array of service offerings
  • Hone your knowledge and professional skills by successfully completing the New York Life training curriculum
  • Obtain optional licenses to sell investments and other securities products concerning wealth management and advanced planning
  • Deliver responsible business planning, insurance, and retirement education via options for high-quality life insurance, fixed annuities, securities, long-term care insurance, and other related products
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong business expertise and knowledge
  • Backgrounds in people-oriented careers are a plus
  • Backgrounds in teaching and coaching are a plus
  • Uncompromising integrity and responsibility required
