Your Role:

The Construction Superintendent plays a pivotal role in managing renovation projects from inception to completion for both residential and commercial properties. This position entails overseeing the assignment of contractors and internal team members for each project, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship throughout.


Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in construction project management, with a focus on renovation projects.
  • Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding local regulations regarding permitting and construction.
  • Technical Abilities: Competent in accurately measuring spaces for various installations, including flooring and cabinetry.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with design professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel and Word, with a capacity to quickly learn new software.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma; some college education is preferred.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of guiding and mentoring a team of internal project managers.
  • Bilingual: Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to client locations, both locally and regionally.
  • Certifications: 20/20 technical skills and PMP certification are advantageous.
